Finance transformation and data-driven operations: Lead a prioritized transformation roadmap for General Accounting that improves scalability and modernizes operations. Redesign workflows, eliminate low-value work, implement scalable automation and AI use cases, and establish measures for close, reconciliations, backlog, and automation adoption.
