RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Perform general office duties for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract site, which require knowledge of company and department procedures. Duties performed will include typing, file organization and maintenance, operation of office equipment, supporting site staff and greeting visitors. Issue POs and process accounts payable invoices, ensure POs are closed in a timely manner, assist in implementing and maintaining an inventory system, manage shipping & receiving responsibilities, and assist in manager directed projects. PRINCIPLE DUTIES: Responsible for data uploads and downloads on various websites. Primary responsible person for all procurement needs; such as subcontracts, PO’s, invoice collection and tracking, and other finance related matters. Provide administrative support to management team for site. Perform simple account balancing and reconciliation Organize and maintain various filing systems to include SharePoint Assist in maintaining CMMS database including equipment history, status, work order management, preventative maintenance scheduling. Assist visitors and vendors with questions and/or needs. Provide research, problem solving, and insight into increasing business processes and efficiencies. Inventory management implementation and maintenance. Perform Shipping & Receiving duties and ensure all paperwork associated is correctly filed Perform other duties necessary to provide general administrative support to the O&M team REQUIREMENTS: 1. Associates Degree / High school diploma or equivalent education. 2. One year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment. 4. Excellent in Microsoft office and spread sheet development 5. Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills. 6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. 7. Perform sensitive and confidential tasks. HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19 - $25 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
