Technology Leadership Program (TLP) The Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is Vanguard's premier two-year rotational development program designed to build future technology leaders. Participants complete three high-visibility, eight-month rotations across Vanguard's technology organization while developing technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities to earn technical certifications. The start date for this program is August 2027. Interns work on real business challenges, contribute to impactful projects, and gain exposure to Vanguard's technology organization while building the skills needed for future technology careers.
