Document Control Specialist (Temporary)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to support document control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, naming conventions, and document metadata.
- Track revisions, manage version control, and archive outdated documents.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
- Distribute approved documents to appropriate departments and manage access to sensitive information.
- Maintain electronic document management systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage documents accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
