工作职责:
- 负责拟定学校品牌发展的定位、品牌战略、未来五年品牌发展路线图；
- 负责学校品牌营销体系系统流程、制度的建立，并指导、监督其有效执行；
- 负责完成学校内部提出的各项涉及品牌形象设计的广宣品制作、质量把控与成本控制；
- 对于行业市场发展趋势和客户需求趋势进行收集、汇总、分析，制定并实施多品牌规划与策略，升级品牌形象；
- 负责媒体传播，包括品牌、营销、人员传播，提升品牌四度并有效推广；
- 根据品牌传播导向，在现有资源下或借助外部资源，创造原创性内容及传播，为品牌带来活力；
- 负责学校新媒体内容营销的管理工作，能够带领团队完成创意、策划、撰写等相关工作；
- 负责学校线上线下营销活动的规划、创意、选题、执行、稿件撰写、出稿等，对营销效果负责；
- 负责公司危机公关机制与策略的建立；
- 与招生团队保持紧密合作，创造良好的招生机会，营造良好的品牌传播环境。
We are currently recruiting a Brand Marketing Director for an international school in Beijing. This position requires immediate onboarding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the positioning, brand strategy, and five-year brand development roadmap for the school;
- Establish the system processes and regulations for the school's brand marketing system, and guide and supervise their effective implementation;
- Complete the production, quality control, and cost control of various promotional materials related to brand image design as required by the school's internal requirements;
- Collect, summarize, and analyze industry market trends and customer demand trends, and formulate and implement multi-brand planning and strategies to upgrade the brand image;
- Manage media communication, including brand, marketing, and personnel communication, to enhance brand four dimensions and effectively promote it;
- Create original content and communication based on brand communication orientation, leveraging existing resources or external resources to bring vitality to the brand;
- Manage the school's new media content marketing, leading the team to complete creative, planning, writing, and other related tasks;
- Plan, conceive, select topics, execute, write, and submit manuscripts for online and offline marketing activities, and be responsible for the marketing effect;
- Establish the company's crisis public relations mechanism and strategy;
- Maintain close cooperation with the admissions team to create favorable admission opportunities and create a favorable brand communication environment.
Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，中英文流利（必备项）；5年以上教育、4A公司背景经验优先、有海外留学背景优先、熟悉国际教育行业、教育创新行业或科技创新行业优先；
- 对市场策略、营销有较为丰富经验，熟悉线上线下各类品牌活动操作模式，有统筹管理大型市场活动能力；
- 熟悉文化传媒行业与新媒体运营模式，具有新媒体营销的策划能力、渠道及资源；
- 具有良好的结构化思考能力、逻辑清晰、有互联网思维、善于解决复杂问题，对数据和用户敏感；
- 具有独立工作能力和团队合作精神，具有较强的表达、理解沟通能力和执行能力，目标和结果导向；
- 有足够的创新欲望，自驱性强、学习力强、抗压性强
Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English (essential requirement); 5 years of experience in education or 4A agency background is preferred; having an overseas study background is also preferred; familiarity with the international education industry, education innovation industry or technological innovation industry is preferred;
Have rich experience in market strategies and marketing, familiar with various online and offline brand activity operation models, and have the ability to coordinate and manage large-scale market activities;
Familiar with the media culture industry and new media operation models, possess the ability to plan new media marketing, channels and resources;
Have good structured thinking ability, clear logic, have an internet mindset, be good at solving complex problems, be sensitive to data and users;
Have the ability to work independently and teamwork spirit, have strong expression, understanding and communication skills, and execution ability, goal and result-oriented;
Have sufficient innovation desire, strong self-motivation, strong learning ability, and strong adaptability to pressure.
