We are looking for a Psychology Teacher for a University based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in September 2026.

Responsibilities
- Teach college-level Psychology classes and support students’ language development
- Plan lessons and prepare teaching materials aligned with program outcomes
- Design and administer assessments including exams
- Complete grading and provide timely feedback
- Maintain accurate teaching records and follow academic requirements
- Participate in meetings and coordinate with relevant departments as needed
- Support a positive classroom environment and student engagement
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- College-level teaching experience preferred
- TEFL or TESOL certificate required
- Experience teaching university students preferred

- Monthly base salary of 16,000 to 18,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Salary increase may be offered based on qualifications and experience
- Round-trip airfare reimbursement from home country to China up to CNY 14,000
- Travel allowance CNY 2,000–6,000 per academic year based on qualifications
- Overtime allowance CNY 150–300 per hour based on tasks and qualifications
