Job details
- Deliver engaging English ESL lessons to young learners aged 4 to 12, focusing on the development of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Teach small groups of 5 to 12 students, ensuring personalized attention and active participation
- Conduct 1.5-hour classes in a structured and interactive format designed to enhance language proficiency.
- Work a fixed 40-hour schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, including teaching hours, lesson preparation, and related duties
- Maintain a professional and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence in using English
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- TEFL or other teaching certification
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with young learners

- Monthly salary of 22,000 to 23,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Monthly housing allowance of 4,000 RMB
- Flight reimbursement of 6,000 RMB a year (after 6 months)
