Verify and activate pre-sold packages such as web, CMD, Outreach, Encore, IPC and POS, as well as any new regional programs as required. Complete Quality Assurance checks for holiday ownership purchasers where the sale was via a Broker. Act as liaison with Brokers & package generators as requested. Contact owners, Members and prospects to offer Virtual Sales Presentations for European MVC resorts or 47 Park Street Ensure eligibility of clients for sales presentations checking qualification criteria is met including where relevant attending together with their partner / spouse & agreement on the gift for staying on the call for the required length of time. Send confirmation letters to client booked on appointments. Re-confirm appointment the day / morning before, and ensure client understands how to use the ‘Teams’ system for the appointment. At the time of the appointment join the meeting before and host the client / hand over to the Sales / Member Executive Resolve any issues relating to the attendance of the client at the appointment (i.e. no show, cxl, no partner, refusal to stay for the required time) Manage the appointment schedule for the SE’s assigned to virtual tours. Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews. Generate guest correspondence where necessary. Compliance calls as requested. Other Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. Comply with MVCI and Marriott International policies and procedures. Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, always meeting the needs of the team and the business.
