主要职责： 负责AHU（空调末端风柜）新产品工艺流程设计、样机制作跟进及相关工艺文件的编制，并持续改进； 参与产品设计评审，负责图纸的工艺性审查，并负责组织产品的小批试生产； 负责主导批量产品生产过程工艺质量控制和工艺技术改进，优化生产工艺； 负责AHU非标订单的评审，额定工时核定，制造过程策划并跟进实施； 负责工艺指示单的编制和发放，并及时培训员工； 负责参与售后质量问题的处理，协助客户完成现场维修工作； 负责引进新的制造设备及制造技术，改善现有工艺，改进产品质量，提高生产效率； 负责常用工装工具的设计及选型，满足现场的使用需求； 按时完成部门安排的其它工作。 任职条件： 一年及以上制造业工艺经验，优选空调行业制造工艺经验； 教育背景：全日制本科以上学历， 专业能力：机械类及自动化类相关专业 英语口语流利； 熟练应用办公室软件及绘图软件（CAD, Pro-E） Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
