Comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity, proactively identifying risks, connecting information across workstreams, synthesizing diverse inputs, and driving clarity on evolving priorities and decisions. Facilitation and engagement expertise, leading workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder conversations that surface insights, build alignment, and move initiatives forward. Adaptive and innovative problem solving, leveraging data, feedback, and emerging tools, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve communications, drive engagement, and enhance organizational outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives. Preferred experience with hands-on change management and communication planning within large-scale transformation programs. Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/BBA/BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience required; graduate degree (MBA or M.Tech) preferred. Good to have skills include change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), stakeholder engagement, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment, risk mitigation, and metrics-based success evaluation. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and executive communication skills are essential, along with cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority. Preferred certifications: Prosci Change Management.
