About the role. The Analyst will be a key member of the Product Analytics team. We are seeking a talented analyst with a quantitative background to assist in the development of data tools and analytical projects in support of sustainable member growth and smart product solution objectives. They will be responsible for analyzing data to uncover trends and present findings to leadership. The Analyst position is hybrid role based in Chicago. What you’ll do. Analyze and create metrics to continually improve and monitor products and their underwriting performance, such as loss ratio and claim frequency. Leverage computational querying languages to conduct ad-hoc analysis of business results. Support the development of operational dashboards by studying department needs to provide readily available actional insights. Present impactful recommendations to business leaders through storytelling with data. The base salary for this role can range from $55,000 to $60,000 based on a full-time work schedule.
