Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management and executive decision-making, with a strong emphasis on talent and workforce analytics. Manage Organizational Changes: Oversee complex organizational changes within Workday, providing advanced functional support for issues and ensuring smooth transitions.  Integrations Management: Support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity across systems.  Security and Compliance: Provide primary security administration and IT audit support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.  Enhancements and Testing: Configure enhancements or changes in Workday HRIS and lead comprehensive testing cycles, actively reviewing new functionalities to ensure optimal performance.  Client Support: Offer backup support for the HR Service Center by responding to escalated client-service requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery.  Candidate Requirements Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data to influence decision-making. Proven experience in building Workday dashboards and delivering data insights; hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics strongly preferred. Strong project, prioritization, & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
