Job Description Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student to join the Security team and support key initiatives that strengthen security culture, improve compliance with the Security Framework, and enhance SQDC performance. This role is ideal for a student interested in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, process follow-up, and the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. Job Description Key Responsibilities Support budget tracking and analysis, helping monitor monthly expenses, forecasts, and variances using Smartsheet and Excel. Assist in project coordination and follow-up, including schedules, milestones, risks, meeting minutes, and status presentations for stakeholders. Help maintain compliance with the Security Framework, collecting evidence, identifying gaps, and tracking corrective actions with different teams. Support Security audits, dashboard updates, and vulnerability tracking. Maintain reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility for reviews and audits. Help streamline approval workflows, identify bottlenecks, and support timely escalations. Contribute to Security awareness activities, including communications, session logistics, and visual materials. Support visitor communications and the maintenance of the GEIQ Welcome Center. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Administration No more than 1.5 years remaining before graduation Strong communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.
