We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital & E-commerce to lead this transformation and turn the company's existing digital, creative, and technical capabilities into a cohesive growth strategy. This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can connect website experience, e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer insights to measurable business results. You will work directly with senior leadership and lead cross-functional resources, taking ownership of digital priorities, website improvements, customer experience, and profitable growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the digital and e-commerce strategy, aligning website improvements, marketing initiatives, and customer experience with business objectives and commercial targets.
  • Website Ownership & Optimisation: Own the website roadmap, identify customer pain points, prioritise improvements, and work closely with developers to translate business requirements into clear briefs, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Customer Experience & Conversion: Improve the end-to-end customer journey across desktop and mobile, including product discovery, navigation, product comparison, enquiries, purchasing, and repeat ordering.

  • Continuous Improvement: Benchmark leading digital businesses, adopt proven approaches, test new ideas, and recommend investments based on customer value and expected commercial returns.
