The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10–12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. A day in the life You will support investment analysis for potential acquisitions, development projects, and existing land bank assets. You will help build discounted cash flow and pro forma models, compile sales comparables, and update base case models. You will also collaborate with teams across functions and regions, contributing analysis and insights that inform investment and property decisions. Key responsibilities include: Build discounted cash flow models to analyze returns for potential acquisitions. Assist with pro forma models for potential build-to-suit and speculative development projects. Compile and maintain a sales comparison database to support analysis of market trends and property values. Prepare and update base case pro forma models for existing land bank assets. Collaborate with teams across departments and regions on investment analysis projects and share relevant findings. Building blocks for success Required: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising junior or senior or currently enrolled in a graduate program. Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities (lookup functions, logical formulas, pivot tables/charts, etc.). Clear verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism and integrity. Ability to collaborate as part of a team and willingness to learn. Preferred: Coursework or project experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or real estate. Experience with discounted cash flow analysis, pro forma modeling, or comparable sales research. Experience using Argus or other financial modeling software. Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes. Hiring Salary Range of: Undergraduate: $25–$30 per hour. Graduate: $35–$40 per hour.
