Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage customer orders including domestic, export and consignment orders in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, including order entry and order confirmation. Coordinate order fulfillment from invoice issuance through final delivery, including required documentation, order follow-up and issue resolution. Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints. Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to sales orders and ensure proper follow-up. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective order execution and customer service. Implement and optimize work processes, techniques and systems; share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process. Support internal and external audits as needed. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree; no specific major is required. 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related function. Experience in a B2B business environment. Good knowledge of domestic trade processes. Good knowledge of international trade processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of SAP. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. How Would You Stand Out? Strong business English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and work in a cross-cultural environment. Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness.
