About the Team Business Technology (BT) is seeking a Director of BT Change Enablement and User Experience (UX) to lead the strategy and execution of change management and user experience practices across the organization's technology initiatives. This leader will unify change enablement and user experience into a single, cohesive function, ensuring that every technology investment is evaluated and delivered through the lens of the end-to-end Workmate experience — from how a change is communicated and adopted, to how intuitive and effective the resulting tools feel to use every day.
