We are looking for a Trainee, Welcome Desk to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the Welcome Desk team in delivering a warm, personalized and seamless guest experience throughout the stay. You will gain hands-on experience in Front Office operations while developing your guest service skills and understanding of W Hotels standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
- Assist the Welcome Desk team with guest arrivals, departures, check-in and check-out.
- Identify and respond proactively to guest needs, providing timely and personalized service.
- Support the preparation and organization of daily Welcome Desk and back-office tasks.
- Maintain high service standards in line with Marriott, Costa Navarino and W Brand Standards.
- Support colleagues across the operation and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate actively in training and develop knowledge of Front Office procedures and operations.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Kind, respectful and pleasant personality with a guest-focused approach.
