We are looking for a Trainee Agent, Guest Experience to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the Guest Experience team in delivering personalized and attentive service while gaining hands-on experience and developing your guest service skills within a luxury five-star environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and farewell guests in the lobby and assist with welcoming amenities and room escorts.
- Provide guests with information about the Resort, local attractions and services.
- Assist with guest celebrations and special arrangements to create memorable experiences.
- Support the handling and follow-up of guest requests, concerns and complaints in cooperation with other departments.
- Prepare welcome and departure letters for guests.
- Participate in breakfast and dinner rounds, welcoming guests and assisting with special requests.
- Support the hotel’s online reputation by encouraging guests to share their experience through online reviews.
- Follow all Health & Safety rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on relevant hospitality trends and developments.
Requirements
- Student or graduate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication and guest service skills, with a positive and professional approach.
- Willingness to learn hotel systems, software and new procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support different operational needs.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with guests, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to following Brand Standards, hotel policies and SOPs, with good email etiquette.
