We are looking for a Coordinator, Guest Transfers to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will coordinate guest transportation and ensure smooth, timely and efficient vehicle scheduling. You will work closely with guests, drivers and external providers to ensure a seamless and safe transportation experience throughout the guest journey.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules and transportation routes.
- Assign drivers and vehicles based on guest needs and capacity.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation, minimizing delays.
- Follow up on all transportation activities and requests.
- Act as the main contact for guests, hotel departments and transportation providers.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate transportation records and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, preferably within a five-star hotel.
- A degree or qualification in Hospitality or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English. Knowledge of German, Russian or French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional and positive approach.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
