We are looking for an Agent, Spa Reservations to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will ensure guest satisfaction across all spa services in line with Costa Navarino standards. You will provide courteous and efficient service, offering personalized consultations on spa treatments and products in person, over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities
- Manage spa reservations, changes and cancellations accurately, confirming appointments and communicating relevant spa policies.
- Provide detailed information and personalized recommendations regarding spa treatments, packages, products and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly, professionally and with discretion.
- Provide spa concierge services and assist guests with relevant resort information and requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa operations, treatments, products, promotions and policies.
- Promote spa treatments and retail products through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized, clean and professional reservations area while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow Health & Safety requirements, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards while supporting smooth daily spa operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a resort or in a wellness-related environment.
- Experience in beauty/body treatments and retail sales will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal, written and email communication skills.
- Strong selling and upselling skills with a guest-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database programs.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility, professionalism and ability to work effectively under pressure in a multicultural environment.
