You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors—making a lasting first impression and helping maintain a smooth and welcoming front office environment. About the Job Welcome employees, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally. Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to meet with employees, ensuring they reach their destination safely and efficiently. Answer inquiries and provide information about office services and amenities. Keep the reception area clean and organized, and coordinate with internal teams as needed. Provide event support as needed, including setup and coordination. Support and work with the security team to ensure safety and compliance. Offer general office front desk support, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, with occasional flexibility required. You will report to our Facilities Manager. About You Previous experience in hospitality, front desk or customer service. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism. Organization: Attention to detail and ability to multi-task on several tasks at once. Ability to resolve issues and handle unexpected situations. The expected starting salary range for this role is $60,800-$80,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
