Demonstrated ability to drive execution, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Continuous improvement mindset with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and improve execution. Preferred Qualifications Medical device industry experience. Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECM). Experience managing Supplier Change Requests (SCR). Product lifecycle management experience. Compliance or regulatory project experience.
