What you’ll do Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture. Equipment Refurbishment: Perform refurbishment of pumps and all other Weir equipment to OEM standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery. On-site Service: Conduct service-related duties on client sites, including repair services of pump units, daily troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. Customer Communication: Inform customers of any faults or damages on pumps, advising on necessary corrective steps to resolve issues effectively. Business Growth: Identify opportunities on site and liaise with the Field Service Supervisor to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Maintenance Execution: Perform prescriptive-based maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. What you’ll bring Must-haves: Matric/Grade 12 or N3 qualification (with Physical/Engineering Science & Mathematics). Qualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright). Valid Driver’s license. Proficiency in Microsoft office. Nice-to-haves: N4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Why join Weir?
