As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the liaison between outside sales, partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries, determining credits for customers when appropriate, and more! You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! High school diploma or equivalent required Previous sales experience helpful SAP knowledge preferred but not required Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Bilingual requirements, reading and writing in specific languages such as but not limited to Spanish, Chinese, Asian, and Haitian Creole.
