Who you are: As a Consumer Banking Product Supervisor - Training Developer with Frost, you are our customer experience champion. You will lead a team of Customer Experience Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze the effectiveness of strategies and processes. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members Ensure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met Stay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations 5+ years of consumer banking experience Demonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulations Proven ability to lead high-performing teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: Frost Bank retail and consumer banking experience Branch management experience Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
