The Office of Finance invites applications for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance is required to support the Manager to ensure effective and efficient running of all administrative and Finance in School’s financial-related services/matters to staffs from academic, administrative to students and Faculty. The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance is responsible for: Verification and provide guidance on all travel related applications and reimbursement claims Handle Payment requests/claims/AP invoices Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting, budget/forecast and closing Update and maintain accuracy Fixed Assets records in a timely manner Assist in annual physical Fixed Asset sighting and disposal process Any other ad hoc request/Projects Requirements: Diploma/ Degree Graduate or equivalent qualification in accounting / finance/Business At least 3 years of Accounting/Finance experience with Diploma Sound interpersonal and communication Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Good time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines. Able to work independently as well as within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word) Familiarity with SAP system, Workday system, TRS, ECS, Ariba, Zoom, Teams, will be advantageous.
