What will you do? Lead complex telecom and IT programs Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Bring every team together and break down silos, so all the pieces work as one program Coordinate international, cross-functional teams Oversee delivery, resources, risks, and priorities Drive collaboration and decision-making Ensure business and technology objectives stay aligned Turn complex challenges into successful results Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or technology services. Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple projects, ideally in telecom or large-scale technology environments. Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and customers across different countries. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders. A solid understanding of telecom platforms, BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, system integration, or digital transformation. Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, timelines, and delivery governance.
