Responsibilities Oversee transportation operations for accounts, including inbound and reverse logistics across different countries Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone calls and email conversations Plan and schedule shipments, taking into account customer requirements, service availability, and transportation capacity Maintain close communication with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of the logistics plan Prepare import and export documents and handling customs declarations Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the team head or manager Requirements Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related disciplines. 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, transportation coordination, or customer service within the logistics industry. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
