As a Tax Compliance Associate you will support clients with tax return preparation, review financial data, and help track compliance with tax laws and regulations within our Tax Services practice. As an Associate you will contribute to client work by learning new processes, adapting to changing assignments, and delivering reliable work that supports team goals and your own growth. In this role at PwC, you will gain exposure to a range of tax compliance tasks, apply critical thinking to identify patterns in data, and build practical skills while working in a fast-paced environment with varied client needs. Responsibilities - Preparing and reviewing tax return workpapers and supporting schedules for corporate tax compliance engagements - Analyzing financial data, account balances, and source documentation to identify tax reporting items and filing requirements - Drafting tax forms, calculations, and supporting files for review by senior team members - Researching tax law, regulations, and filing rules to support compliance work and answer client questions - Reconciliing tax data with financial records and tracking open items across return preparation tasks - Organizing client-provided information, maintaining workpapers, and documenting assumptions used in tax filings - Using tax compliance systems and digital tools to process data, record updates, and support filing deadlines - Developing commercial awareness through exposure to multiple clients, industries, and tax compliance issues What You Must Have - Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Applying tax compliance knowledge across consumer client engagements - Drafting tax documents and preparing tax return support - Analyzing financial data, trends, and source documents - Communicating clearly, asking questions, and listening actively - Adapting to changing priorities in fast-paced team settings - Learning tax and audit guidance while upholding conduct Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date noviembre 30, 2026 Are you ready to make a difference?
