Admissions Representative Responsibilities: Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare and Floyd Valley Clinics Scan hospital and clinic documentation Process incomplete ambulatory orders Transfer external documents from the fax queue to chart Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee. Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
