Vanuit deze locatie (Ridderkerk) wordt geheel Nederland voorzien van leveringen van hun versproducten. Als Service Technician lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de tevredenheid van onze klant Van Gelder waarbij het belangrijk is dat het logistieke proces van Van Gelder kan blijven doordraaien. Dat betekent dat jij samen met je collega’s ervoor zorgt dat de verschillende installaties in goede staat zijn. Dit doe je door preventief en periodiek onderhoud uit te voeren (20%) Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van ad-hoc storingen aan het Vanderlande systeem (80%). Verder houd jij je bezig met: Zorgdragen voor de topconditie van de verschillende geautomatiseerde systemen; Verhelpen van mechanische, elektrotechnische en eventuele besturingstechnische storingen; Beslissen of hoge prioriteitstickets ondersteuning nodig hebben van de tweedelijns engineers; Vastleggen van de door jouw opgepakte storingsmeldingen. Jouw profiel Werk- en denkniveau MBO4, richting Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek in combinatie met Mechanica. Je bent in bezit van NEN3140 “skilled person” of bereid deze te halen (1 dag interne opleiding op onze Veghel campus); Ervaring met mechanische en elektrotechnische onderhoudswerkzaamheden; Ervaring met het vinden en oplossen van systeemfouten; Goede beheersing van de Engelse of Nederlandse taal; Je woont bij voorkeur op ongeveer maximaal 1 uur rijden van Van Gelder Ridderkerk; Je beschikt over een enthousiaste- en proactieve houding en bent flexibel inzetbaar; Over het team Jouw standplaats is bij Van Gelder in Ridderkerk. Begin 2019 is Vanderlande gestart met dit unieke project in Nederland, een volledig geautomatiseerd warehouse voor onze klant van Gelder in Ridderkerk. Het systeem bestaat uit verschillende soorten robots en geautomatiseerde kranen voor het tijdelijke opslaan van producten. Vanderlande en van Gelder hebben hetzelfde doel: het tijdig en compleet uitleveren van alle bestellingen op de meest veilige en efficiënte manier. From this location in Ridderkerk, fresh products are distributed throughout the Netherlands. As a Service Technician, you play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction for Van Gelder. It is essential that Van Gelder's logistics operation continues running smoothly. This means that together with your colleagues, you ensure that the various installations and systems remain in excellent condition. You will do this by carrying out preventive and scheduled maintenance (20%). In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving ad hoc faults and breakdowns in the Vanderlande system (80%). Your Responsibilities Maintaining the various automated systems in top condition. Resolving mechanical, electrical, and control-system-related faults. Determining whether high-priority tickets require support from second-line engineers. Recording and documenting the malfunction reports and issues you handle. Your Profile MBO Level 4 working and thinking level (equivalent to vocational/technical education), preferably in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering combined with Mechanics. You hold a NEN 3140 Skilled Person certification, or you are willing to obtain it (through a one-day internal training course at the Veghel campus). Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance work. Experience in diagnosing and resolving system faults. Good command of either English or Dutch. Preferably living within approximately one hour's travel time from Van Gelder in Ridderkerk. An enthusiastic, proactive attitude and flexibility in your work schedule. About the Team Your workplace will be at Van Gelder in Ridderkerk. In early 2019, Vanderlande launched this unique project in the Netherlands: a fully automated warehouse for Van Gelder in Ridderkerk. The system consists of various types of robots and automated cranes used for the temporary storage of products. Vanderlande and Van Gelder share the same goal: delivering all orders on time and in full, in the safest and most efficient way possible. What We Offer?
