You are responsible for the overall operation and management of your own department. Most of your department's lines will run uninterrupted three shifts throughout the year. Your job is to ensure that daily production runs smoothly according to plan while optimizing the use of departmental resources. Your responsibilities will include managing the department's staff in an efficient and motivating manner and ensuring safety at work in accordance with Prysmian's safety guidelines and standards. You will be responsible for the quality performance of your department and ensure that collaboration with other company stakeholders such as Maintenance, Quality, Process, and Production Planning is effective. Shift planning and development discussions will be part of your duties. You will report to the Production Manager.
