Sales Agent In this role, you will serve as the primary face of AAA Insurance, proactively engaging with retail shoppers to offer membership products and convenient, personal insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Watercraft, and Excess Liability). Agents are responsible for completing all policy and membership documentation accurately, thoroughly, and promptly, while adhering to established underwriting rules and guidelines to support underwriting objectives.     $100K+ earning potential •    Comprehensive benefits including pension plan •    Paid training Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months, allowing new agents time to build their pipeline and establish a book of business while developing sales skills Our door is open to talented sales professionals with the ambition, initiative, self determination, strong work ethic, career dedication, and winning attitude. Additionally, the Auto Club actively engages within the Burleson community through local events, partnerships, and outreach efforts to help drive new business and brand awareness.
