The Senior Engineering Manager, Equipment Engineering, is responsible for leading the contact lens manufacturing equipment engineering organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for design, reliability, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment across lens production processes. The position is accountable for developing and executing equipment strategies that improve safety, quality, compliance, capacity, reliability, and cost performance while enabling future business growth at our Manufacturing Facility in Johns Creek, GA. Specifics include: Leads engineering managers, engineers, and technical specialists, oversees capital and automation investments, drives equipment standardization and technical governance. Partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Product Engineering (MS&T) and global engineering teams to deliver sustainable manufacturing excellence. Building organizational capability, developing future engineering leaders, and ensuring the equipment engineering function remains positioned to support current production demands and long-term manufacturing strategy.
