Ability to explain design decisions and trade-offs Technical leadership and influence Confidence driving technical discussions Proficiency in SQL, including query writing, stored procedures, and basic data modeling. Strong experience with modern testing frameworks, including unit and integration testing. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and containerization technologies.
