You will partner across multiple functions to drive alignment, manage delivery excellence, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making, navigate ambiguity, and help shape project management best practices while delivering meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and deliver medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact. Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals. Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive-level communication and reporting. Influence decision-making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions. Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks. Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices. Support go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch optimization (as applicable). Requirements Experience: 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross-functional or regulated environments. Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward. Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing changing priorities, challenging timelines, and resource constraints. Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and performance tracking frameworks. Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Experience leveraging AI tools within project management practices. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred.
