Company: Mitsubishi Films America (MFA) Greer, SC Job Description: Human Resources Manager – Polyester Films Division We are seeking a seasoned and confident Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our Polyester Films Division in Greer, SC. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a dynamic manufacturing operation and partnering closely with site leadership to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. We are looking for an experienced HR leader with strong employment law knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to confidently navigate complex employee and business matters. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can make sound decisions, provide strategic guidance, and operate independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
