All for the benefit of every patient. About the Role The Administrative Production Assistant partners with the Studio Team to support the delivery of high-quality health education video content. This role focuses primarily on production administration, including script management, document organization, database maintenance, and supporting cross-functional studio operations. The position works closely with the Head of Content and teams across the studio to ensure content assets, documentation, and workflows remain accurate, organized, and accessible. Responsibilities Conform scripts after video releases Create and manage task manager (currently Asana) tasks for ongoing video projects Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks Create and properly store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents Update databases as needed Partner with the Client Services team to send review script sets to clients Create or update TOCs, draft video release communications, maintain digital asset systems, support studio requests, and submit award nominations Requirements Experience supporting the administrative side of video production or relevant education background in Film Production or related field of study Knowledge of film/video production and content creation workflows Experience using Microsoft and Google applications Familiarity with Dropbox; experience or familiarity with Adobe DAM is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, with healthcare, medical, or patient education content experience considered a plus Work in a Way That Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $36,700 - $61,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
