The Opportunity Drive System Strategy: Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions. Manage Lifecycle & Governance: Direct the entire system lifecycle—including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements—while strictly adhering to established change management processes. Shape Product Roadmaps: Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritize system enhancements. Ensure Compliance & Data Stewardship: Act as the dedicated Business Data Steward, ensuring unwavering GxP compliance, strict data governance, and adherence to global quality policies. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mobilize and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams spanning global Learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners, and validation functions. Optimize Processes & Systems: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation within validated quality systems. Who you are You possess deep technical expertise: You bring 7+ years of experience in Learning Management technology and platform management—specifically Cornerstone on Demand—ideally with Roche Super Admin-level competency. You are an expert in regulated environments: You possess a strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation within validated or controlled pharmaceutical/healthcare environments (GMP, FDA, GxP). You are strategically and academically qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification like a Federal Diploma of Higher Education) combined with a proven track record in formulating long-term computer system strategies. You are an Agile collaborator and communicator: You are highly skilled at utilizing Agile methodologies and possess exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are an advanced Cornerstone administrator: You have mastered creating dynamic groups, modifying training components, building complex Reporting 2.0 dashboards, and resolving system configuration errors efficiently.
