AIS is Seeking highly skilled Full-Stack Engineers to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. Candidates must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict Key Responsibilities Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code. Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks. Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards. Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions. Required For This Opportunity Active Top Secret Clearance and the ability to work on site in Washington DC Undergraduate or masters degree in Computer Science 5+ years of software engineering experience. At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $195,000-$210,000 per year.
