As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Power Platform Developer. Project Summary AIS is seeking a Power Platform Developer that can build accessible, supportable Power Platform applications and automations that modernize legacy forms, approvals, and data-entry processes for a federal customer. Key Responsibilities Develop Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and supporting Dataverse or SharePoint components. Implement data validation, user experience patterns, role-based access, error handling, auditability, and notifications. Build solution packages and participate in disciplined ALM, source control, release, and environment-promotion practices. Integrate applications with approved APIs, flat-file exports, SharePoint, Azure services, and enterprise data sources. Support peer reviews, unit testing, system testing, UAT defect resolution, and production readiness. Document application configuration, support procedures, and user guidance. Required For This Opportunity 3+ years building business applications with Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Fx, connectors, solution packaging, and Power Platform ALM. Ability to implement complex forms, conditional workflows, and robust data-validation logic. Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and secure integration practices. Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Skills Experience with Power Platform in GCC High or regulated environments. Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors. Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification. At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member. The targeted base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000 per year.
