How your day-to-day in this role would look like:
- • Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
- • Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
- • Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
- • Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
- • Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide
Requirements
- What do you need to be successful at this job?
- • Language Maestro: Fluent in Italian, good English
- • Strong communication and active listening skills
- • A problem-solving, can-do mindset
- • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
- • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
- • Availability to work in shifts
- • Completed compulsory education (high school minimum)
- • Clean criminal record
- • Valid work permit or residence card for Portugal
- • B2+ English level
