•Carrying out and being responsible for administrative functions, operational activities and smooth service in the Outpatient Unit as well as providing staff development which includes quality and discipline as well as establishing good relationships and communication with all specialist doctors who practice in the Outpatient Unit.

•Monitor staff activities and work mechanisms.

•Carry out planning for each procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the Outpatient Services Department.
•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Medicine/Hospital Administration.
•Have minimum 5 years work experience in Hospital services (especially in the Outpatient area).
•Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team and drive departmental success.
•Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
•In-depth knowledge of outpatient service operations, including patient care, scheduling, and resource management.
