Product & Service Presentation: Prepare and present Private Fund, Institution & HNW and services to Fund Committees and members. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction. Marketing & Communication: Update provident fund materials and execute marketing processes effectively. Client Advisory: Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information on Private Fund, Institution & HNW and related services. Regulatory Coordination: Work with Client Service team to submit required data to the SEC (e.g., fund setup, amendments). System Development Support: Provide input for designing and improving client service systems to enhance customer experience. Digital Platform Enhancement: Lead re-design initiatives for FundLink M Choice Online and Life Path Scheme. Event Management: Organize meetings, seminars, training sessions, and annual gatherings for Fund Committees and members. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Investment, Registrar, Client Service, Branding, IT, and other teams to support client needs. Corporate Engagement: Participate in company events such as Mutual Fund, Provident Fund, and LTF/RMF booths. Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare special monthly client reports, update monthly budgets, and calculate referral fees for agents. -Provide all important marketing data to Division HeadOthers as assigned Others assigned by team head and senior leaders. QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related fields 5 - 8 years in provident funds or asset management industry. TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: IC and IP License. Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services (Deposits, Loans, SME Banking). Branch operations management and process optimization. Risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements. Sales performance analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Core Banking systems and digital banking platforms. Team leadership and resource allocation. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Leadership & People Management: Ability to motivate, coach, and develop branch staff.
