Job Description Job Title职位名称：Procurement Manager Department所属部门：Greater China Procurement Report to汇报对象：Senior Procurement Manager Subordinates下属：NIL Job Purpose职位目的： Carry out market research of procurement markets Carry out supplier management / supply chain management Carry out contract management General management duties in absence of the Senior Manager purchasing Key Accountabilities主要职责： Market research of procurement markets follows supply chain trends in China and Asia Pacific Develop commodity strategies based on global procurement strategy Develop regional procurement strategies based on the global production concept and the regionally available goods and services Monitor the market and price development (worldwide) Identify suitable suppliers and invite them to tender Review suppliers’ capability while aiming for long-term cooperation Establish procurement alternatives and open competitive situations Evaluate and select suppliers Pre-audit of suppliers and negotiate contracts and delivery terms for local purpose Carry out contract form and price negotiation Conclude development contracts and co-operation agreements Conclude supply contracts Conduct procurement and price negotiations Conclude procurement and service agreements for investments Conduct contract management with series suppliers Procure production material for the relevant location Procure components for trial, prototype and pre-production series and follow up Ensure initial sample qualification Monitor supplier and identify risks for business continuity Procure non-production material Handle task analogous to production material Negotiate / sign agreements for non-production material and service vendors Align technical / commercial requirements regarding non-production material Sales and disposal of used commodities (scrap and machines) Negotiate leasing contracts of all sorts (storage, offices, IT, company cars, etc.) Negotiate all utilities (electricity, water, and gas) Clarify open issues between supplier and development, quality management and purchasing in Germany, US and APAC Working in projects and within a team Organize regular meetings and follow up on different topics Write reports in English, carry out business communication in English Any other assignment from time-to-time 其他工作安排 Deputy for Senior Manager Procurement Representing the purchasing department in case of absence senior manager Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求： Degree / Diploma holder in commerce or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications At least 8 years relevant working experience of indirect material / service procurement Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares Good knowledge of purchasing process, standard contract and trade terms Good understanding of ISO 9001 standards General ability to manage staff Team player, able to cope with pressure Knowledge of RRPS products spectrum and work processes Willing to Travel within China, Asia and overseas ( ~40%) Person Specification (if applicable) 特别要求（如适用）：NIL Type of Contract Permanent Rolls-Royce pioneers cutting-edge technologies that deliver the cleanest, safest and most competitive solutions to our planet’s vital power needs.
