職務内容【会社概要】 RX Japanは日本最大級の展示会主催会社です。 2025年には年間100本以上の展示会を運営するリーディングカンパニーです。グローバルなネットワークがあり、海外22の国と地域に拠点を持ちます。東京ビッグサイトや幕張メッセなどの大規模会場で、ITや製造業からファッション、ライフスタイルまで幅広い分野で各専門業界のイベントを主催し、業界の発展と活性化に貢献しています。 ■仕事内容 RX Japanが主催する展示会の成長を担う中核ポジションです。出展社の誘致だけでなく、営業戦略の立案、新規企画の開発、業界キーパーソンとの関係構築を通じて、展示会の価値向上と事業成長を推進します。「営業」＋「企画」の力で業界の未来を創り、日本の産業発展に貢献するダイナミックな仕事です。 ■主な業務内容・展示会への出展提案を通じて、大手企業からスタートアップまで幅広い企業の事業成長を支援・業界を代表する企業や意思決定者に対する新規開拓営業およびリレーション構築・展示会の成長戦略立案および営業戦略の策定・実行・新規展示会や新企画の立ち上げ（市場調査、コンセプト設計、事業計画策定）・営業ナレッジの共有や後進育成を通じたチーム全体の営業力向上 ■求める人物像・高い成果を継続的に創出してきた営業のプロフェッショナル・大手企業や意思決定者への提案・折衝に強みを持つ方・顧客課題を深く理解し、本質的な提案ができる方・自身の知見を共有し、組織全体の成長に貢献できる方・当事者意識を持ち、自ら課題を発見し解決まで推進できる方 ■所属・組織・1展示会あたり約15～20名のチームで展示会事業を運営・営業活動だけでなく、展示会の成長戦略、新企画開発、業界コミュニティ形成など事業全体に関与・業界団体、リーディングカンパニー、有識者など多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら市場を創造・担当者一人ひとりが高い裁量を持ち、展示会を業界プラットフォームへ進化させる挑戦ができる環境 ■必須条件・法人営業経験5年以上・新規開拓営業経験・大手企業への提案営業経験・営業目標を継続的に達成した実績・大卒以上・基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint） ■歓迎条件・エネルギー業界での営業経験、または関連業界での業務経験をお持ちの方歓迎・営業メンバーの指導・育成経験・営業プロセス改善や組織づくりに携わった経験・マーケティングや事業企画の経験 ■評価担当展示会の売上拡大や事業成長への貢献を正当に評価する制度を整えています。成果を継続的に創出した社員には、昇給・昇格を通じて還元しており、年齢や社歴に関わらず早期に責任あるポジションへ挑戦できる環境です。 ■キャリアプラン営業のプロフェッショナルとして提案力や市場開拓力を磨くキャリアに加え、展示会責任者や事業責任者として事業全体をリードするキャリアパスがあります。成果と意欲次第で、新規展示会の立ち上げ、事業戦略の策定、チームマネジメントなど、事業経営に近い領域へ活躍の場を広げることができます。 ■勤務地〒104-0028 東京都中央区八重洲2-2-1 東京ミッドタウン八重洲八重洲セントラルタワー11階 We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
