Your mission Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion - Encadrer une équipe de 10 collaborateurs - Organiser l'activité de production en garantissant le respect des délais, coûts, exigences qualité, sécurité, hygiène et environnement - Planifier et piloter l’activité à l’aide d’indicateurs de performance ; analyser les dérives et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives - Optimiser les processus de travail et coordonner les flux en lien avec les services transverses - Animer la feuille de route d’amélioration continue ; piloter des chantiers de performance - Mettre en œuvre et faire respecter les exigences HSE et les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication ; sensibiliser les équipes - Encadrer et développer une équipe de production ; gérer les plannings, les entretiens annuels, la formation et l’intégration - Assurer l’interface entre production, qualité, maintenance, logistique et autres services - Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique du secteur - Représenter le site dans son domaine de compétence et partager activement son expertise - Réaliser une veille métier pour anticiper les évolutions et adapter les pratiques Who you are ? Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs Vous êtes issu d’une formation supérieure (ou expérience acquise équivalente) de niveau Bac+5 de type école d’ingénieur/ pharmacien + école d’ingénieur avec une spécialité amélioration continue, génie des procédés, production … Vous avez réalisé une première expérience sur site de production, idéalement dans le secteur cosmétique, agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique Vous avez idéalement une expérience en management d'équipe Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissances en qualité et techniques d’amélioration continue Vous avez connaissance de l'organisation en production Vous avez le goût du terrain et de l'environnement industriel At Pierre Fabre Laboratories, we believe that our greatest asset is our people.
