• Receive enquiries via phone calls and emails, and response promptly
• Making quotations and Sales contracts
• Support Sales preparing meetings and seminars
• Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor client’s revenue and performance
• Receive and distribute incoming emails to the appropriate divisions
• Other tasks that may be required by superiors
•Back up sales when sales taking leave for quoting and take care client via phone
- College or University graduated
- English: Intermediate level or higher (All 4 skills)
- Good communication skill
- MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint as a must)
- Be able to work under stressful pressure
