This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established desk that has previously billed around £200,000 annually and offers significant growth potential. You'll recruit for a variety of Business Support roles, building relationships with both clients and candidates while developing new business opportunities across the local market. The desk currently has strong existing activity and has been jointly managed by the team, creating an excellent platform for someone who wants to make an impact, rebuild client engagement, and develop a highly successful market of their own. Whether you're an experienced recruiter, a graduate looking to start your career, or a sales professional from a fast paced environment such as estate agency, full training and support will be provided.
